The following is a support ticket we received. We thought it may be beneficial to share its content with others.

I don't understand how to start building a website. I am not familiar with the system and the process at the control panel.

While we are considering offering website design services at some time in the future, we do not currently have a firm date when we might start.

I would suggest that you first start by asking other musicians/friends that have websites to recommend a design person/company to you. Also, you may post a request for help in finding a webpage designer in the GoPro Hosting User forums at http://forums.goprohosting.com/ and in the AFM members' area forums at http://forums.afm.org/

Pre-designed website templates are available at http://www.goprohosting.com/templates.html . Please note that while the templates represent excellent value, some amount of design experience (and the necessary editing software) will be required to configure the templates. The previously noted link will provide full details.

Once you have your website files ready for uploading to the GoPro Hosting server, we will be pleased to assist you in that process.
